The night before Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce tied the knot at Madison Square Garden, they hosted an intimate rehearsal dinner at the venue’s Infosys Theater. They invited around 100 guests, including Gigi Hadid, Bradley Cooper, Selena Gomez, and Lena Dunham.
For days, not much detail was shared about the July 2 event. Now, sources have opened up to People about the dinner. “The rehearsal was very intimate,” one insider said. “It felt small and like a mini wedding.”

The Décor
A source told People that flowers played a big role in transforming the theater: “There were tasteful flowers around, and the décor was romantic but tasteful. It was much more scaled back and intimate than the wedding the next day.”
The Meal
Swift and Kelce served food from the New York City Italian restaurant Sartiano’s, where they were photographed on a dinner date in May. (Sartiano’s and Zero Bond, the private club Swift frequents in New York City, are run by the same company, Bond Hospitality.)
“They did a recreation of the menu from the restaurant for Taylor and Travis,” a source told People. Sartiano’s dinner menu includes caviar cannoli, house-made focaccia, burrata, meatballs, wagyu beef ragù, lobster with bucatini, Tomahawk ribeye, Dover sole piccata, and more.
The Vibe
The group did more than just enjoy a meal. A source told People, “There were speeches, there was so much love in the air.”
A second source called the dinner “very touching and intimate.”
The insiders did not share who gave speeches that night.
What Everyone Wore
No details have come out yet about Swift and Kelce’s looks. But Gomez, Hadid, Swift’s close friend Ashley Avignone, and Lena Dunham shared what they wore.
