As many know by now, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are getting married on July 3, and it seems everyone is going (but not exactly knowing where to go since they allegedly haven’t shared the location yet). However, it seems one of her exes is also getting married in July 2026, and fans have a lot to say.
Matt Healy’s mom spoke on Tom Hirschsprung’s Podcast earlier this week, revealing, “Matty gets married in July, which we’re very excited about.” So it seems Healy and his wife-to-be, Gabbriette Bechtel, are also getting ready for a July wedding too!
In a Reddit thread, fans wrote about both weddings being in July, with one saying: “When this gets completely overshadowed by Taylor’s wedding which I’m sure will be the main topic of conversation for many weeks 🤣.” Another wrote, “it isnt a coincidence they only set a date after it was rumored taylor was getting married this summer.”
Yikes.

For those who don’t know, Swift and her ex-boyfriend Joe Alwyn called it quits in Feb 2023 after nearly six years together. Less than two months later, she was spotted with Healy, whom she had known for about a decade beforehand. He later arrived at her concert, and the two continued a brief fling until June 2023, but there were many rumors about how serious it was, with sources claiming they had moved in together.
Since then, Swift has been with her fiance, Kelce, and Healy is engaged to Bechtel, with whom he started dating in Sept 2023.
