Bicester Town Council has released its line-up of events for the town in 2026.
The ‘huge year’ for Bicester will see community celebrations, family fun, music, and remembrance.
Kicking off the year on March 20 will be the mayor’s charity pub quiz, held at The Nightingale from 6.30pm until 9pm.
This will be followed by the mayor’s charity easter egg hunt in Garth Park on April 2 from 11am until 3pm.

On May 31, Sundays in the Park will take place in Garth Park from 12.30pm until 5.30pm, in partnership with Bicester Live.
This will also return on June 14, July 12 and 26 and August 9 at the same time and place.
A civic service and parade will take place on June 7 in the Market Square and St Edburg’s Church from 2.30pm until 4pm.
This will be followed by Armed Forces Day on June 27.
The annual event will be held in Pingle Field from 11am until 4pm.
On July 18, a motown music night will take place at Garth Park from 6pm until 10pm.
Nearly three weeks later, on August 5, a Teddy Bears Picnic will be held in Garth Park from 11am until 4pm.
On August 22, a summer music event – which is yet to be revealed – will take place at Garth Park from 6pm until 10pm.

A Remembrance Sunday event will take place on November 8 in the Market Square and St Edburg’s Church from 11am until 1pm.
This will be followed by the Christmas lights switch on in the town centre on November 28, from 2pm until 7pm, and the Santa Fun Run on December 6.
The year will finish will a Christmas concert at Garth Park from 4pm until 8pm.
