Akron natives Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney of The Black Keys returned to Northeast Ohio Aug. 22 for a rocking performance before a packed house at Blossom Music Center in Cuyahoga Falls.
The duo and their band played familiar crowd favorites like “Tighten Up” and “Howlin’ for You,” along with a mix of new songs from their latest album release, “No Rain, No Flowers.”
In a nod to their Akron roots, Auerbach and Carney had an on-stage, mid-concert delivery of burgers and drinks from Swensons, much to the delight of the crowd. The band divvied up the eats before Auerbach tossed some hamburgs into the audience.
