All City Classic
- WHERE: Flicker Theatre & Bar (263 W. Washington St.)
- WHEN: Saturday, May 2 at 9 p.m. ($10 admission)
- DETAILS: Presented by Classic City Creative and Volumes Hip Hop, The All City Classic showcase features a handful of the most talented MCs in the city. Wuxtry is 50!

- WHEN: Saturday, May 2, 8 p.m. ($10 admission)
- DETAILS: Legendary downtown Athens record store Wuxtry will mark its 50th anniversary with a concert at the 40 Watt featuring live sets by Reverend Tribble, The Asymptomatics, Organically Programmed, and special guests. DanceFX Burlesque
- WHERE: 40 Watt Club, 285 W. Washington St.
- WHEN: Friday, May 1, 8 p.m. ($10 admission; ages 18+ only)
- DETAILS: Athens-based performing arts studio Dance FX presents their Bombshells and Cherry Bombs teams’ blend of theatrical choreography and cabaret-style routines. Athens Comedy Festival
- WHERE: Morton Theatre (195 W. Washington St.)
- WHEN: Friday, May 1 and Saturday, May 2 at 7 p.m. ($25 single show; $65 festival pass)
- DETAILS: The second annual Athens Comedy Festival brings more than 20 national touring comedians and local acts to the historic Morton Theatre. Creature Comforts 12th Anniversary
- WHERE: Creature Comforts Brewing Co. (271 W. Hancock Ave.)
- WHEN: Friday, May 1, 3–10 p.m.; Saturday, May 2, 12–10 p.m. (Free admission)
- DETAILS: Creature Comforts hosts a two-day anniversary party featuring live bands, DJs, food trucks and limited-release beers, including specialty Tropicália variations and anniversary brews. The celebration also highlights the brewery’s spirits lineup and includes rotating performances from local acts across both days.
