Wine and cheese tasting with Israel Defense Force Lieutenant Colonel (7 p.m.)
This event at the Chabad Jewish Center will feature a talk with Lieutenant Colonel Yaron Buskila, a reserve member of the Israeli military. A tasting assortment of regional wines, cheeses and fruit will also be provided. According to posts from the Chabad Center promoting the event, Buskila was involved in the country’s response to the Oct. 7, 2023, attack and was deployed in Gaza for over 100 days.
