The eight-film retrospective comes as Chalamet is up for Academy Awards for producing and starring in “Marty Supreme,” a drama about a ping pong player’s tangled personal life that recently became A24’s highest-grossing film. Chalamet recently picked up a Golden Globe Award for his performance, as well as the Critics’ Choice prize.
Chalamet, who has also been nominated for “A Complete Unknown” and “Call Me By Your Name,” is the youngest male actor to ever receive three Academy Award acting nominations, as well as the youngest to have their films collectively gross $3 billion worldwide. He will next be seen in the third installment in the “Dune” franchise.
The retrospective features in-person conversations with Chalamet for “A Complete Unknown,” “Dune,” “Dune: Part Two,” “Interstellar,” “The King” and “Beautiful Boy.
