As we approach Thanksgiving, it’ll be a quieter week than usual in November for live music in the Sarasota area, but there’ll still be plenty of notable shows taking place. One Sarasota venue in particular will feature a full weekend of concerts, including a band that appeared on “America’s Got Talent” last year.
A Bradenton venue, meanwhile, will host a Canadian progressive metal band that’s won two Heavy Metal Album of the Year Juno Awards (Canada’s equivalent of the Grammys), including earlier this year. And a Sarasota County restaurant and blues spot will feature shows by Blues Music Award-winning and nominated artists. Here are this week’s highlights. Event details are subject to change.
