“Melania” is one of the top movies trending on Prime Video right now.
The controversial documentary about the first lady — which drew heavy backlash for being the most expensive doc ever backed by Amazon (with a $75 million total investment) — offers “unprecedented access” to the 20 days before the 2025 presidential inauguration through her eyes, according to its description, as well as “exclusive footage of critical meetings, private conversations and never-before-seen environments.”
Jimmy Kimmel was the latest to jab at the documentary at the 98th Academy Awards on Sunday, saying of President Donald Trump, “Oh man, is he gonna be mad his wife wasn’t nominated for this.”
