A recital with mezzo-soprano Jennifer Johnson Cano and her husband, Tucson native and pianist Christopher Cano, was rescheduled to Nov. 17, from April 7, due to a death in the artists’ family, according to a notice posted on True Concord Voices & Orchestra’s website.
The couple was set to perform the world premiere of Gregory Spears‘ song cycle “Bartleby,” based on Herman Melville’s short story, “Bartleby, the Scrivener: A Story of Wall Street.”
