Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale

Universal Pictures’ Downton Abbey: The Grande Finale rose five spots to the top of the Official Film Chart, the weekly U.K. home entertainment sales chart through Dec. 24.
Remaining at No. 2 is the Tom Hanks starrer The Polar Express, the animated adventure that follows a young boy’s Christmas Eve journey to the North Pole, followed by the Universal’s animated The Grinch (2018) featuring Benedict Cumberbatch’s voice as the title character, up two spots to No. 3.
The classic Warner Christmas movie Elf, starring Will Ferrell, James Caan, Bob Newhart and Zooey Deschanel, slipped one spot to No. 4.
Warner’s reboot of Superman soared six spots to No. 5, while down to spots at No. 6 is Universal’s Wizard of Oz-inspired musical Wicked, which explores the origins of Glinda and Elphaba.
Sony’s animated Arthur Christmas (2011), featuring the voice of James McAvoy, moved up five spots to No. 7, followed by Lionsgate’s thriller The Long Walk, up 10 spots to No. 8.
Universal’s Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy, which only streamed on Peacock in the U.S., moved up one spot to No. 9, with the studio’s Jurassic World Rebirth falling three spots to No. 10.
