“What up, friends? So, yeah, my bad. I ended up out here in Peoria,” he began in the candid clip. “I’ve just been having vertigo for the past couple of days.”
Chmerkovskiy said he managed to get through a recent performance before symptoms worsened.
“I was able to get through the show and then we ran some tests,” he explained. “Once that little crystal in your equilibrium… once it goes out, it’s like, it’s really hard to get it back in. And so, I’m just spinning everywhere.”
Traveling on the tour bus appeared to make matters worse.
“I woke up and I just couldn’t get myself together,” he added. “So, hopefully, tomorrow’s the day off and I’ll be back on Tuesday. Love you.”

The health scare comes amid an already shifting DWTS Live tour schedule, with multiple pros recently stepping away temporarily for an undisclosed project. Rylee Arnold will be stepping into the tour to help out.
Chmerkovskiy did not indicate how long he expects to be out but expressed hope that he’ll be back on stage soon.
For now, fans are making one thing clear: they just want him to take care of himself and get better.
