Victoria Beckham just shared a heartfelt Father’s Day tribute to husband David Beckham, but fans are focused on one thing—the family’s ongoing rift with their eldest son, Brooklyn.
On Sunday, June 21, Victoria shared the tribute to Instagram, writing, “David you truly are the best daddy. Your greatest achievement has always been our beautiful children and we love you so much. Happy Father’s Day.”
The post featured a throwback photo from a family vacation showing David with all four of their children—Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz, and Harper.
In the comment section, fans were quick to notice Brooklyn’s inclusion in the post, despite the fact he is currently estranged from his parents.
“Waiting for Brooklyn’s reaction 😂,” wrote one fan. “Pretty sure Brooklyn doesn’t want you posting his picture or using him for publicity.” said another.
“Brooklyn speaking to the press in 3, 2, 1…,” added a third. “If Victoria left Brooklyn out the world would be in uproar…… he will always be their son.” added a fourth.

For years, rumors swirled that Brooklyn and his wife, Nicola Peltz Beckham, were estranged from his parents and siblings.
In January, Brooklyn finally confirmed the rumors via his Instagram Story, saying he had no desire to make amends with his family.
“I have been silent for years and made every effort to keep these matters private. Unfortunately, my parents and their team have continued to go to the press, leaving me with no choice but to speak for myself and tell the truth about only some of the lies that have been printed,” Brooklyn said, in part. “I do not want to reconcile with my family. I’m not being controlled, I’m standing up for myself for the first time in my life.”
“For my entire life, my parents have controlled narratives in the press about our family. The performative social media posts, family events and inauthentic relationships have been a fixture of the life I was born into,” he added. “Recently, I have seen with my own eyes the lengths that they’ll go through to place countless lies in the media, mostly at the expense of innocent people, to preserve their own facade. But I believe the truth always comes out.”
The eldest Beckham child also recently starred in an advertisement for DoorDash in which he subtly nodded to the fact that he’s estranged from his family.
“You’re probably wondering why I’m watching the FIFA World Cup 2026 from home,” he said in the commercial, while holding tickets for the event. “It’s a long story.”
