The Little Rock Winds headlines the 29th annual Flag Day concert, 7 p.m. Sunday on the old parade ground behind the MacArthur Museum of Arkansas Military History in MacArthur Park, 503 E. Ninth St., Little Rock. The band’s America250 celebration features a program of marches, patriotic songs and pop tunes. Israel Getzov conducts. Blue Bell Creameries is providing free ice cream and Woodmen Life will provide free hand-held flags. Central Arkansas Water will supply free ice water for filling water bottles.
