The Little Rock Winds headlines the 29th annual Flag Day concert, 7 p.m. Sunday on the old parade ground behind the MacArthur Museum of Arkansas Military History in MacArthur Park, 503 E. Actors Theatre of Little Rock stages Lin-Manuel Miranda’s pre-“Hamilton” Tony and Grammy Award-winning musical “In the Heights!,” 7:30 p.m. Wednesday-Friday and 2 and 7:30 p.m. Saturday through June 27 at Quapaw Quarter United Methodist Church, 1601 Louisiana St., Little Rock.
