It’s National Bacon Day, and Wendy’s is celebrating with a sweet deal.
The burger chain is offering 1-cent Junior Bacon Cheeseburgers on Tuesday, Dec. 30 through the Wendy’s app.
“At Wendy’s, bacon isn’t just a topping, it’s a lifestyle,” the company said in a statement, reported USA TODAY. “From the iconic Baconator to the Breakfast Baconator to our bacon-loaded Breakfast Burrito, we literally own bacon.”
The Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger is made with a fresh, never-frozen square beef patty topped with two strips of bacon, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo on a toasted bun. “That’s bacon done right,” the company said in its statement.
How to get a 1-cent burger at Wendy’s
To get the 1-cent Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger deal, you need to redeem the offer in the Wendy’s app on Tuesday, Dec. 30. Customers are required to have an account and make a purchase in order to get the sandwich for one cent.
