Pride, organised by volunteers, is free to attend and includes live bands, drag performances and family-friendly activities.
Announcements about performers, activities, accessibility and timings will be shared closer to the event, the team said.
The event will also have space for charity stalls, featuring LGBTQ organisations, community groups and food vendors.
A family tent will welcome anyone looking for a quieter area, and host activities, crafts, community groups and provide space to relax throughout the day.
“It’s also the place to come if you need support or advice, with organisations offering help on everything from housing and wellbeing to health and community services,” organisers said.
Hammond added: “More than anything, we’re looking forward to bringing people together – friends, families, local groups and the wider community – to create a welcoming and positive day for Weston-super-Mare.”
