Stan Son provides the latest status update for Twins outfielder Byron Buxton on Friday, Jun 5.
In the bottom of the third inning of Friday’s game against the Kansas City Royals, Byron Buxton was replaced by Tristan Gray. Buxton slammed into the outfield wall in the top of the second. He stayed in the game but was subbed out for a pinch hitter.
Before exiting, Buxton went 0-for-1.
