Explore the fun of Manitowoc County Fair
Manitowoc County Fair is five full days of excitement Aug. 20-24 at the Manitowoc County Expo, 4921 Expo Drive.
With carnival rides, live music, pony rides, a sea lion show, grandstand events, and all your favorite fair food, there’s something for everyone.
Admission is $15 and includes all entertainment, rides and free parking.

Tour an iconic lighthouse
Step inside a historic lakefront treasure during a lighthouse tour Aug. 23.
Tours begin at Lighthouse Park (475 Maritime Drive) and offer a guided look inside the Manitowoc Breakwater Lighthouse, which has stood watch over the harbor since 1918.
With tours offered at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., guests can learn about the lighthouse’s restoration and rich history.
Tickets must be purchased in advance either online or at the Wisconsin Maritime Museum, 75 Maritime Drive. Admission is $15 for non-members, $10 for members, and free for kids 3 and younger. For more info, visit wisconsinmaritime.org.
‘Name that Tune’ with friends at PetSkull
Put your music knowledge to the test from 6 to 8 p.m. Aug. 27 at PetSkull Brewing (1015 Buffalo St.).
“Name that Tune” is free to play and hosted by A Couple Rocks Entertainment on the patio, weather permitting.

Join the Rahr-West Art Museum (610 N. Eighth St.) for a Drop-in Tour of The Little Gallery Exhibit at 2 p.m. Aug. 27.
Led by curator Diana Bolander, this special tour highlights the history of The Little Gallery and the impressive art it brought into the museum’s permanent collection.
