The BBC series has kept fans on the edge of their seats for the past month
The Celebrity Traitors final is just around the corner, but when’s it on, what time does it begin and who’s in it?
Presented by Claudia Winkleman, the new version of the popular BBC gameshow has been one of the most successful programmes of the year.
After over 11 million people tuned in for its premiere last month, it’s reported that around 14 million viewers have been watching each episode of the series.
Beginning with 19 celebrities, there are now just five famous faces left in the Scottish Highlands trying to win up to £100,000 for their chosen family.
Trending number one on X, previously known as Twitter, whenver it airs, the series has spawned a number of viral moments from across its eight episodes to date.
From Celia Imrie accidentally letting a fart out in a challenge to Kate Garraway getting side-eyed by Tom Daley for saying ‘flabbergasted’, there’s been an abundance of hilarious clips spawned from the series.
Last week was one of the most dramatic weeks of the series to date as Jonathan Ross became the first traitor to be banished at the roundtable.
Following the murder of Celia in plain sight, the remaining faithfuls were unable to spot the two remaining traitors around them as they voted to banish Good Morning Britain’s Kate.
Traitors fans around the country will be tuning in for one of the biggest series finales in recent memories, but just who will walk away with the bragging rights?
When is The Celebrity Traitors final on?
Despite airing two nights a week throughout its season, the Celebrity Traitors won’t be taking place on its usual Wednesday airdate.
Instead, the final will air on Thursday night (November 5) at 9pm in what marks the first extra-long episode since the premiere.
Rather than running for 60 minutes as it normally does, the finale will receive an extra ten minutes of airtime to tie all of the remaining loose ends.
Once the winner, or winners, are revealed by Claudia, The Celebrity Traitors: Uncloaked will air immediately after on BBC Two at 10.10pm.
Presented by Ed Gamble, the five stars in the final, including the winners, will discuss what happened in their final moments in the castle.
Who is in The Celebrity Traitors final?
Representing the faithfuls is former rugby star Joe Marler, Ted Lasso actor Nick Mohammed and TV historian David Olusoga.
It’s been a rocky road for the faithfuls, who are the worst performing set in the series history, having voted off more faithfuls than anyone has done in any of the previous seasons.
Each of the three faithfuls have adapted their gameplan as the series progressed, with Joe calling out Jonathan in a brave move, Nick keeping his cards close to his chest and David surviving the first ever deadlock at the roundtable.
The traitors are represented by comedian Alan Carr and singer Cat Burns, who have been traitors since being recruited by Claudia in the first episode.
Alan may have cost himself in the final moments of last week’s episode, when he burst out laughing when asked by Claudia to say he was faithful in front of everyone.
While Cat was a favourite to win the series early on, some fans are convinced that her being the only woman left may make it obvious to the faithfuls whose side she’s on.
Joe and Nick revealed in the last episode that they know that Cat and Alan are traitors and are determined to convince David to join them in banishing them.
As fans of the series are well aware, it’s harder than you’d imagine to get someone to see your side of things on the Traitors.
