With Love, Meghan, Meghan Markle‘s Netflix show, might not go beyond two seasons. Sources close to the production have revealed that Netflix might choose not to renew the series beyond what it has already scheduled for this year.
Here’s why Netflix might be dropping Markle’s show.

Netflix had a $100 million contract with Prince Harry and the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, for With Love, Meghan. Markle hosts the show, inviting her friends to her home to cook, talk, and discuss life. Actors like Mindy Kaling and former co-star Abigail Spencer have been on the show.
Due to poor performance and a lack of good reviews from viewers, the streaming giant might be looking to drop the show. Currently, the show is sitting at a score of 38% on Rotten Tomatoes. Reports suggest that the show couldn’t even make it’s way to the top 300 shows on Netflix.
Additionally, sources close to Parade revealed that Markle has been having trouble getting new sponsors on board for the show. “Meghan has been trying to get a lot of brands to partner with her and work with her, but she’s been getting turned down,” the source claims. “It’s been a lot harder for her than she thought it would be.”
“She wanted to partner with Flamingo Estate to do some products together, and they took a meeting with her, but ultimately declined a partnership. She was very disappointed by this one specifically.” The source adds, “She really wants to break out into the lifestyle space and have her own line of products like candles, foods, etc. She doesn’t get why it’s been such a struggle.”
This is a similar case to what happened with Prince Harry with his show, Polo. His show also failed to garner good reviews and ranked 3,436 out of 7,000 on Netflix.
