Like many of The Bold and the Beautiful characters, Hope’s love life is complicated. She’s currently engaged to Carter; however, she’s growing closer to her ex-husband, Liam. As if that wasn’t chaotic enough, another ex’s return will turn Hope’s life upside down.
Hope’s Love Quadrangle
A lot has changed in Hope’s (Annika Noelle) personal life in recent months. After a brief separation from Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor), Hope accepted his marriage proposal. Instead of making wedding plans, Hope’s been spending most of her time with Liam (Scott Clifton). Liam’s “brain tumor” diagnosis brought the exes back together.
Even though Liam’s tumor ended up being fake, that hasn’t stopped Hope from being there for her ex-husband. From the looks of it, Carter might be losing Hope to Liam. However, he’ll have more competition when Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) returns.
Long before getting involved with Carter, Hope was with Thomas. Hope loved Thomas but wasn’t ready to settle down with him. After Hope rejected his proposal multiple times, Thomas broke up with her. He then left for France and became engaged to Paris (Diamond White).
It’s unknown whether Thomas and Paris are still engaged, but his upcoming return will impact Hope’s life. She’s already confused by her feelings for Carter and Liam, and Thomas will have her more conflicted.
Carter loves Hope, and he’s not about to lose her to anyone, including Liam and Thomas. However, his attempt to save his relationship might be thwarted by his competition.
Liam will always have a soft spot in his heart for Hope. Prior to her pursuing a romance with Carter, Liam implied that he wanted to reunite with Hope. After his latest ordeal, he’ll realize how precious life is and will not want to spend another minute without Hope.
Yet, one can’t rule out Thomas. He’s always been infatuated with Hope, and he’ll realize that she, not Paris, is the one for him. His return could set in motion a plan to win her back.
With Carter, Liam, and Thomas fighting for her affections, Hope will have a tough decision. So, which man will she choose?
