Rachel Sennott’s new comedy show I Love LA has finally arrived. Airing on Sunday nights at 10:30 P.M. on HBO, the eight-episode series follows a group of friends in Los Angeles as they navigate their careers, complex relationships, and more.
“What I wanted to capture was—and we talked about this a lot—‘Entourage for internet It girls,’” Sennott told her co-star Jordan Firstman in her ELLE digital cover story. “I think I’ve yet to see the internet captured [in TV and film] as the business that it is. It was really fun and felt refreshing to do a show in L.A. and not have it be about Hollywood.”
And about her cast? “Everyone is genius,” she said. “I’ll say, for the casting process, I genuinely feel so lucky to have every single person in the cast that we do.”
