Yungblud has been forced to cancel the remainder of his 2025 tour because of his health.
The English rockstar’s doctor ordered him to stop touring for the rest of the year, Yungblud told fans via social media over the weekend.
“This week when I got home off the road, and went to have some tests done (like I usually do) and my voice and blood tests have raised some concerns,” Yungblud wrote on his Instagram story Saturday, Nov. 15, per Billboard.
“It is in my nature to run and run until I run myself into the ground without giving a [expletive] about anything apart from the music and you guys but this time I’ve been told I have to take it seriously and can’t [expletive] around,” he added.
The canceled shows are part of Yungblud’s “Idols World Tour” and included stops in Philadelphia (Nov. 19), Cleveland (Nov. 23) and Washington, D.C. (Nov. 25–26). They also included dates in Mexico City and other locations across Latin America.
The musician added that all U.S. tickets will be refunded and fans who provide an address will be sent “a gift.”
“My heart is broken,” Yungblud continued. “I don’t want (to) do any lasting damage to myself, we are on a journey that I want to last forever. I understand that some of you will be frustrated. I just want you to know this is so hard for me to do but I promise I will make it up to you.”
This comes after the 28-year-old teamed up with Aerosmith to release the single “My Only Angel” earlier this year. The track, which debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Hot Hard Rock Songs chart in September, serves as the lead single of the duo’s collaborative EP, “One More Time.” The five-song project will be released on Friday, Nov. 21 and be Aerosmith’s first new music since their 2012 album, “Music From Another Dimension.”
