Zendaya and Tom Holland made a rare public appearance together on Sunday, joining the Uncharted star’s inner circle for a group outing at “The Traitors: Live Experience” in London. The night doubled as a family affair, with Tom’s parents, Nikki and Dominic Holland, in attendance, along with his brothers Sam, Harry, and Paddy, plus longtime friend Harrison Osterfield.
On Monday, Sam posted a recap of the night, including a snapshot of the engaged pair posing with his parents. Zendaya beamed beside her fiancé as she showed off a cropped bob, paired with a gray sweater. Meanwhile, Tom wore a light jacket over a burgundy top. “Had a great time at @thetraitorslive yesterday,” Sam wrote. “You can’t trust anyone when you enter the round table…not even family.”
The couple’s London outing follows another public show of support from Zendaya in September, when she accompanied Tom to the Brother’s Trust Gala. The charity event, founded by Tom’s parents in 2017, featured the “Tom Holland Posh Pub Quiz” and included his siblings and Spider-Man co-star Jacob Batalon. Zendaya stayed at her beau’s side throughout the evening, with her engagement ring on display, and in one moment from the night, Tom introduced her as his “fiancée.”
Tom proposed to Zendaya about a year ago, and his father reflected on the moment in a Patreon post in January. “He had purchased a ring,” Dominic wrote. “He had spoken with her father and gained permission to propose to his daughter. Tom had everything planned out…When, where, how, what to say, what to wear.”
Since then, the couple’s schedules have left little room for wedding logistics. Zendaya has been juggling the third season of Euphoria alongside her return to the Dune franchise, while both she and Tom have been filming Spider-Man: Brand New Day and The Odyssey.
As Zendaya’s longtime stylist Law Roach explained to E! News in July: “The process hasn’t even started yet. Zendaya is working on so many movies. She’s now filming the next iteration of Dune, so she’s away doing that. It’s so many movies, so we have time. We have a lot of time.”
Still, excitement hasn’t waned. “I’m really excited because I know that they really love each other, and they have for a really long time,” Roach added. “The fact that the world has been able to share in that love story, I think it’s really beautiful.”
