Zooey Deschanel’s latest Instagram post had fans doing double takes and it’s easy to see why.
Fans were left stunned after the 45-year-old actress took her followers on a trip down memory lane when she shared an adorable photo from her teens.
In a post, the 500 Days of Summer star shared a portrait taken 27 years ago.
The black-and-white photo featured Deschanel’s stunning beauty, perfectly framing her striking features.
Even then, she was already embracing her signature full bangs and vintage-inspired charm.
“Italy. 18 years old,” she wrote.
The Instagram post sparked adorable reactions from followers and fans who couldn’t get enough of her charm.
“Absolutely iconic,” one wrote.
“You are the inspo,” a commenter said.
A follower also pointed out her resemblance to a legendary actress.

“I actually don’t dislike almost any of these,” she said, with a video showing her in an oversized overall with striped long sleeves. “I love this outfit. I think it’s such a cool look.” She later gave the outfit an A++ and revealed that it was for a photoshoot at the time.
The second photo showcased the actress in an oversized long-sleeve button-down and wide-leg vintage Levi’s jeans.
“This is some kind of paparazzi shot,” she said, adding that she wouldn’t wear heels now if she were to recreate the look.
The third photo featured her in an icy pink, ‘50s-inspired dress, which she simply described as “cute.”
