Kim Soo-hyun (born February 16, 1988) is one of South Korea’s most acclaimed and highest-paid actors, celebrated for his versatility in both television dramas and films. Represented by Gold Medalist, he has received numerous honors, including five Baeksang Arts Awards, two Grand Bell Awards, and a Blue Dragon Film Award.

He debuted in 2007 with the sitcom Kimchi Cheese Smile and gained early recognition in dramas like Dream High (2011), where he played a talented but rustic musician. His breakthrough came with historical drama Moon Embracing the Sun (2012) as the young king.
From 2013 to 2014, his global fame skyrocketed with My Love from the Star, in which he portrayed an alien living on Earth opposite Jun Ji-hyun. The series became a massive hit across Asia.
