The California native spent much of her youth on a ranch and has since found greener pastures on a rural Pennsylvania farm with her mother, Yolanda Hadid. The duo enlisted the help of California-based designer Virginia Davidson to bring their colorful-yet-classic vision to life. Genevieve often shares glimpses of their home, including a tile-filled kitchen and an overflowing library, on her social media. Exposed rafters accent the lower portion of the home, lending that classic Texas ranch feel. The farm, which Nikki shared was finished in late 2023, seems to channel classic West Coast style with tons of wood accents and arid, mid-century-meets-California-rustic furniture. It appears the Entourage star, who called New York City home for most of his life, has found new purpose thanks to farm living outside of Austin, Texas. The 46-acre farm, which he shares with his wife, Jordan Roemmele, and their two children, is also host to a wildlife sanctuary. In the years since moving to Texas, Adrian has focused his creative efforts on sustainable living, launching a lifestyle platform called Earth Speed where he shares a variety of mini-documentaries about living in harmony with nature and advancements in greener farming practices. Their ranch, which he dubbed Kintsugi Ranch, lives up to that creed of nature-based living, featuring solar panels on the exterior of the home. The house was built to feel like “a Spanish hacienda villa style with a little Moroccan flair,” Adrian told People magazine. The interiors appear to be clad in classic white and feature rustic accents with subtle boho flair.

In a recent interview with Vanity Fair, Millie shared that her quiet country life feels way more comfortable to her than living in the spotlight. “I’m not doing it for the aesthetic,” she says. “I’m doing it because I love it.”

Yes, that’s right! Our recent cover star and the lead of Netflix’s new show, Ransom Canyon, is a country boy at heart. A North Dakota native, the self-proclaimed homesteader owns a lakeside property in Minnesota, where he spends most of his free time with family, including his wife, Audra Mari, and two sons. In 2023, he took YouTuber Graham Bensinger on an exclusive tour of the property, which he described to us as an idyllic Terry Redlin painting. “It’s an exhale whenever we get here,” he said. The two simple cabins he toured with Graham exemplify the low-key approach to life that makes Josh so easygoing. In one cabin, Josh flexed his decorating muscles with a DIY wallpaper pasted together from old newspaper clippings he found in the cabin. In another area, Josh and Audra turned a rarely used space into a speakeasy, perfect for entertaining friends over long weekends.
