The 52nd American Music Awards are this Monday, May 25 (AKA Memorial Day). Taylor Swift leads the pack of nominees with eight nods, including Artist of the Year and Album of the Year. Sabrina Carpenter, Morgan Wallen, Olivia Dean, and SOMBR are all close behind with seven nominations each. This year’s show will include performances from KATSEYE, SOMBR, Teddy Swims, Twenty One Pilots, and more. BTS will be making a special appearance. This year’s AMAs have added new categories, including Song of the Summer, Breakout Tour, Best Vocal Performance, Breakthrough Artist awards across genres, and Best Americana/Folk Artist.
