Popcorn is synonymous with the movie theater experience, but in reality, most places offer a whole array of snacks to eat while you gaze upon the silver screen. I’m personally a huge fan of nachos or a pretzel in lieu of popcorn. Hotdogs, pizza, and mozzerella sticks are not unusual to spot on a movie theater menu, either. Of course, if none of that tickles your fancy, you could always sneak some food in. I once brought in a 4-course Greek feast.
Unless you read very slowly, scrolling through these movie facts probably won’t take you as it would take you to watch a standard-length blockbuster. Still, it’s a good idea to have some snacks on hand in case you get a popcorn craving while reading about Alfred Hitchcock and Stanley Kubrick.
