50 Cent has moved on to his next TV project.
The rapper and entrepreneur took to Instagram on Monday, revealing that he’s looking to reboot Paid in Full, but as a series.
“I now have the rights to PAID IN FULL, im developing it into a premium Tv show,” he wrote. “If you like God Father of Harlem your gonna love this. Cam set to Executive produce along side me, if you want in get at him I’m out of the country.”

Fif is likely referring to Cam’ron, who appeared in the original film as Rico. The character is based on Alberto Geddis Martinez, a drug dealer from Harlem who made a name for himself in the mid-80s.
Wood Harris and Mekhi Phifer starred alongside Cam. Harris played Ace, based on Azie Faison Jr., and Phifer played Mitch, based on Richard Thomas Porter. As Martinez, both Faison Jr. and Porter were prominent Harlem drug dealers during the same era.
Dame Dash and Jay-Z were co-producers on the original film, though it’s unlikely Dame will be involved given his and 50’s ongoing feud.
Perhaps a Paid in Full reboot is a sign that BMF is ending. The show recently wrapped up Season 4, and there’s been no indication that there will be a Season 5.
In February, 50 suggested that the show was wrapping up amid a feud with Demetrius “Lil Meech” Flenory Jr., who plays his father, Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenory, in the show.
“What next season,” 50 Cent captioned a screenshot of text messages allegedly from Lil Meech, appearing to signal that BMF is over.
