90 Day Fiancé’s Gino Palazzolo Finalizes Jasmine Pineda Divorce

If there were a Hall of Fame for chaotic reality TV couples, 90 Day Fiancé stars Gino Palazzolo and Jasmine Pineda would have their own wing. After years of screaming matches, broken trust, an open marriage, cheating accusations, and enough drama to fuel multiple TLC spinoffs, Palazzolo has announced that he has finalized his divorce from Pineda in Michigan.

According to a statement released by his representative to Us Weekly, the ruling gives Palazzolo the fresh start he’s been waiting for. “The court’s final ruling has resolved the matter in his favor, giving him the legal closure he has been waiting for and allowing him to move forward at last,” the statement read.

His rep added that the breakup, legal proceedings, and public scrutiny placed him under “significant emotional strain,” but that he is now focused on healing and moving forward.

That ending has been years in the making. The pair met online in 2019 before becoming breakout stars on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days. Their relationship quickly became appointment television, with explosive arguments, jealousy, financial disputes, and trust issues dominating nearly every appearance.

Fans watched Jasmine forgive Gino after he admitted to sending intimate photos of her to an ex-girlfriend, only for the couple to continue barreling toward marriage anyway.

They eventually tied the knot in June 2023, but the honeymoon phase barely had a chance to begin before the relationship started unraveling.

Desperate to save the marriage, the couple agreed to open it while appearing on 90 Day: The Last Resort. Instead, it detonated what was left. The arrangement called for both partners to approve outside relationships, but each later accused the other of breaking the rules.

Jasmine began seeing Matt Branistareanu, and the relationship eventually resulted in the birth of their daughter, Matilda, in March 2025.

Gino then started dating another woman and asked Jasmine to move out. Looking back, he admitted the decision to open the marriage backfired. “Overall, after all this was done, I regret agreeing to open marriage,” Palazzolo said during the Last Resort Tell-All. “But I felt like I was trapped in a corner. Like, I had to make a decision, take action, because nothing was working for us.”

The legal battle became almost as complicated as the marriage itself. Palazzolo’s Michigan divorce filing stated the couple separated on April 22, 2024, while Pineda later filed for divorce in Florida after reportedly encountering difficulties serving him.

Their finances also became a point of contention, with Gino previously claiming he spent more than $75,000 on Jasmine during their relationship.
