Vanderpump Rules alum Tom Sandoval’s dream of becoming a rock star may be a step closer to reality. Following their America’s Got Talent audition earlier this summer, the former bartender is ready to take Tom Sandoval and The Most Extras on the road.
With tour dates lined up for the fall, Tom is once again thrilled about his music career.
“So excited for AGT competition and this upcoming tour!” he shared on his Instagram on July 22. “We are learning some new songs. What would YOU like to hear from us?!!! Tell us below in the comments.”
Where are Tom Sandoval and the Most Extras going after America’s Got Talent?
Earlier this week, AGT announced that Tom’s band is one of the 44 acts who are moving on to the live Quarter-Finals.
Following their initial audition performing A-Ha’s classic Take On Me, they got four thumbs up from the judges. With the chance of moving on in the competition, Tom was definitely enjoying his moment in the spotlight. Cheering him on during his big moment were his buddy Tom Schwartz, Schwartz’s brother, his girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson and her parents.
“It just means so much to me,” Tom shared shortly after the episode aired. “Having Victoria there, and then her parents were there as well. Schwartz was there, and so was his brother, and just having that kind of positive energy there with you really, really helps. You feel so supported and loved, and it’s really important to have that when you’re … really putting yourself out there.”
After their AGT audition, Tom shared how it felt to get his band on network television. “I feel so honored to be able to bring my band into such a cool and different experience,” he wrote on his Instagram. “I’m also thankful for the ones who came to support me and of course, all of my fans supporting us! Love y’all!! … But the big question is … do you think we made it to the next round?”
Now that the question of making it to the next round has been answered, will they keep advancing? We’ll have to keep watching to find out if Tom’s dream of winning AGT comes true.
