Lindy Klim shocked her social media fans after she revealed a health scare that put her in hospital recently.
The Balinese princess took to Instagram on Monday to announce she had been battling a kidney infection over the past few days.
The 46-year-old said she had to get emergency care last week and is now confined to her bed with her loved ones taking care of her.
“I’m alive just,” she said alongside a photo of herself in a bed.
“Wow, this thing really knocked me around.”
Klim also shared an image of her daughter Frankie, 14, looking after her and said how her new boyfriend, Paul Mullert, had been someone to rely on during her sickness.
“Thankfully, I have an incredible 14-year-old to take care of me and hold down the fort,” she said.
It comes after Klim made a shock confession about her living conditions, revealing that her family had been eating meals off a cardboard box.
“I’m so proud of myself,” she said in July.
“I’ve finally bought a dining table and chairs.
“We have literally been eating off a cardboard box on the floor for months.”
Also taking her lifestyle to the next level was another “proud moment” that saw Klim purchase a luxury new car.
“Huge thanks to the amazing friends who’ve loaned me a car since November—forever grateful,” she said.
The social media star moved back to Melbourne from Bali in October last year following her shock split with her husband of six years, Adam Ellis, who is the father to her youngest child Goldie.
She shares Stella, Rocco and Frankie with ex-husband and Australian Olympic swimmer Michael Klim.
Klim is set to star in the new season of The Amazing Race coming to Channel 10 on September 8.
