Austin City Limits 2025 has added The Killers as a last-minute replacement headliner, stepping in for Doja Cat.
In a statement, Doja Cat explained that she pulled out of ACL to finish work on her new album, Vie. “When I made the commitment I didn’t know exactly when Vie would be released. I’ve been working on finalizing the album, making videos, taking the time to put together an album campaign that I am really excited about, and it’s become clear to me that I cannot give you guys the show you deserve within this time frame. Thank you to the ACL team for their support and I hope to see you all again soon when the time is right. I’m forever grateful for the opportunity.”

Vie is set to be released on September 26th, a week before weekend one of Austin City Limits gets underway.
The Killers join an ACL lineup that also includes Sabrina Carpenter, The Strokes, Hozier, Doechii, Luke Combs, Cage the Elephant, Empire of the Sun, T-Pain, Maren Morris, Rilo Kiley, Wet Leg, and more. Single-day and VIP passes are still available for both weekend one and weekend two.
