(COLORADO SPRINGS) — S.E.T., or Springs Ensemble Theatre, kicked off the start to their 16th season with “The Shark is Broken”, a play based on the filming of the movie Jaws.
The show is a comedy that explores how the lead actors, Robert Shaw, Roy Scheider, and Richard Dreyfuss, filled their time during delays on the tumultuous set while they waited for the titular mechanical shark to be fixed.
The show is currently running, with the final performance on Sept. 14. Tickets have already sold out, but the company’s next production, R.U.R. by Karel Čapek, will Nov. 6. So, make sure to secure those tickets now!
