I’ll be honest, I’ve never actually sat through the Terrifier movies. I’ve seen a few clips, but they seem a little too gore-for-gore’s-sake for me. Still, I love scary movies and anything with a Halloween theme. So when I saw this video of a cat mom cuddling her pet and calling him the feline version of Art the Clown, I couldn’t look away.
The star of the clip is a black-and-white Tuxedo cat with the most perfect little mustache you’ve ever seen. Combine that dramatic mustache with his intense stare, and yeah, I can see the resemblance. Cute? Absolutely. Slightly creepy? Also yes. And apparently, the internet agrees.
You can find the video on the TikTok account @kaitlynhollo, and the caption reads, “Why does my cat low-key resemble Art the Clown?” and Ma’m! I am sorry, but your cat looks like he is wearing a wig. A bob wig.
People in the comments section had a field day with this kitty’s spooky look. One fan wrote, “Maybe he’s just cosplaying..?” Someone else replied,”He’s a cute kitty, and I named my cat after Art the Clown!” Another added, “I feel like he resembles someone else as well…” And one commenter really leaned into the dramatic vibes: “Not quite—he looks like he’d start a second war.”OH NO, I can’t believe that person went there!

It seems like everyone had a different take, but one thing was clear: This Tuxedo kitty’s unique mustache and hauntingly expressive eyes make him a star.
Here’s the actual Art the Clown for comparison’s sake.
He was at Halloween Horror Nights, and yup, I’m good—I’d much rather hang out with the cat above! Too creepy and scary for me! No clowns, no thanks!

Felines with unusual markings—like mustaches, two-toned faces, or rare coat patterns—always seem to capture people’s imagination. Sometimes they remind us of celebrities, characters, or even spooky movie villains, which makes them unforgettable. These quirks don’t make them any less lovable; if anything, they’re part of what makes them extra special. And for cat parents, the joy of having a one-of-a-kind kitty is priceless.
