Channing Tatum and his girlfriend, Inka Williams, made their relationship public during a recent red carpet appearance for the Los Angeles premiere of Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle. The 26-year-old model stood by the 45-year-old actor’s side as he promoted his voice role in the Japanese animated film after split from Zoe Kravitz.
During the event, the Magic Mike star told People that the Demon Slayer franchise “is very important” to him and his daughter Everly, whom he shares with ex-wife Jenna Dewan. Tatum also mentioned in the interview that he earned some “cool dad points” for voicing the character Keizo in the movie. The film is an adaptation of the popular Japanese manga series of the same name.
According to People, a representative for Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle told Variety that the 21 Jump Street star “discovered his love” for the animated series while watching it with Everly. It comes after he starred in a rom com with rave reviews.
Tatum and Williams were first linked romantically earlier this year in February when they attended a pre-Oscars party in Los Angeles together. “They met through friends. She’s great,” a source told People at the time.
“She has her own life. She’s young, but seems older,” they added.
Their romance blossomed a few months after Tatum ended his engagement with Zoe.
In April, they made their relationship Instagram official when Inka shared a photo collage on her Stories to celebrate Channing’s 45th birthday.
“Happy life to the handsomest, kindest, funniest, stoopidest most gorgeous human ever!!!” she captioned the post. “Merci for making life beautiful and fun.The couple’s red carpet debut coincided with Channing’s Instagram tribute to Inka on her 26th birthday.”
“Happiest day of birth to my RIDER! Love you so,” he captioned a video of them riding a dirt bike together. Among the numerous photos and videos Channing posted was a black-and-white snapshot of him kissing Inka’s cheek and a video of her jumping into a body of water.”
“[heart emoji] you Stoopid,” he wrote in the caption.
Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle is set to premiere on September 12.
