The Oscar winner died earlier this month from pneumonia at the age of 79. She was beloved for her roles in Something’s Gotta Give (2003), Reds (1981), Marvin’s Room (1996), the Father of the Bride films of 1991 and ’95, The First Wives Club (1996) and Annie Hall (1977), which earned her an Academy Award for best actress. However, she was also known for renovating homes. She earned the nickname of being a “serial home flipper” due to a long history of repairing properties.
One of Keaton’s former homes, a Beverly Hills mansion, is now on the market for $25 million. Keaton owned the home from 2007-10. Then, it sold to Ryan Murphy (creator of Monster, American Horror Story, All’s Fair) for $10 million. The home is currently listed with Branden Williams and Rayni Williams of the Beverly Hills Estates.
