New couple Zoë Kravitz and Harry Styles are making the most of their time together, enjoying dates in London, Rome, and New York. But one place they didn’t take their romance is tonight’s Emmys ceremony in Los Angeles. Neither star was seen on the red carpet, but there’s a fair reason why. Kravitz has a nomination for Best Guest Actress in a Comedy Series for her work in The Studio, but the category was announced ahead of the broadcast. Kravitz lost to Julianne Nicholson on Hacks.
She was last seen far from L.A., too. On Friday, Styles and Kravitz were photographed in Rome. Charli XCX is having a second, bigger wedding in Sicily, Italy, this weekend, and the pair is believed to be among the guests. (The Bear’s Jeremy Allen White is also missing the Emmys because of a friend’s wedding.)
Even if Kravitz had attended Emmys, Styles might not have joined her since their romance is so new. A source told People this week that the burgeoning couple has a lot of potential.
“[They] have great chemistry, lots to talk about and seem to be having fun together,” the insider said. “Over the weekend, Harry even met up with Zoë’s dad [Lenny Kravitz] over lunch. Everyone looked like they had a great time. She’s also been introducing Harry to friends. This feels more than casual.”
Kravitz and Styles were first romantically linked at the end of August. On August 26, a source told Us Weekly that their connection is “very new. It isn’t serious between them. Zoë does not want anything serious right now. They are very similar and are free-spirited people, so they hit it off and have a lot of chemistry.”
“Zoë is embracing the single life right now,” the source added. “She was tied down for a while and is dating around and having fun.”
