Gio (Giovanni Mazza) and Emma (Braedyn Bruner) have had a certain tension between them since the time they first met on General Hospital. From being there for each other through a series of rough situations to almost kissing in the previous episode, the pair has grown quite close, and fans now want them to be a couple on the soap opera.

Emma and Gio just seem to be right for each other. They have supported each other through thick and thin, as both characters had to deal with their share of struggles. Emma was there for Gio when he learned about the identity of his parents. Gio also stood by Emma as she attempted to take down Professor Dalton.

In the previous episode of General Hospital, Emma was dealt an emotional blow in her search for Outback. This led to a tender moment between her and Gio at the bar. The pair almost kissed before pulling themselves back to reality. This moment, along with the chemistry between them that has been building for a while. It has prompted fans to ship the couple.

By now, many General Hospital fans believe that Emma and Gio should be dating. One user started this discussion on the Facebook page General Hospital Fans. The user wrote, “I like Gio and Emma, I think they would make a cute couple.”
