Brittany Cartwright is speaking out about autism.
The Valley star, 36 — who shares son Cruz, 4, with ex Jax Taylor — recently left a lengthy comment on an Instagram video of President Donald Trump saying he thinks Tylenol is linked to autism on Monday, September 22.
“Autism was recorded before Tylenol was ever invented,” Cartwright wrote on the post. “There are many children on the spectrum who never had vaccines or whose mothers didn’t take Tylenol while pregnant.”
“The word ‘virtually’ is used many times here because there are obviously still cases of autism in those communities as well,” she noted.

“I am thankful autism is being looked into and hopefully someday we can learn more, but our children are wonderful and deserve better than misinformation by our own government,” Cartwright concluded her comment.
In April, the Vanderpump Rules alum shared Cruz’s autism diagnosis with the world.
“Yes, it might be challenging at times, but I couldn’t imagine my life being different,” Cartwright told People. “It can be sad at times because you want them to live life to the fullest, and he does, he just does it in a different way.”
“What I really want people to understand about autism is he sees the world so much more vibrant and amazing than any of us ever will,” she remarked. “It doesn’t mean that he’s not going to be the smartest in his class. It doesn’t mean he is not going to work for NASA one day. There aren’t any limitations to what he can do.”
