Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco are married!
The couple tied the knot today in an intimate but star-studded ceremony in Santa Barbara, California, attended by everyone from Taylor Swift to Paris Hilton and Gomez’s Only Murders in the Building costars Martin Short and Steve Martin.
“🤍 9.27.25 🤍” Gomez captioned an Instagram post featuring photos from the ceremony. Blanco commented, “my wife in real life.”
The bride was an absolutely vision in an ivory dress by Ralph Lauren featuring a halter neckline with romantic, delicate flowers decorating the neck.
The singer and the music producer were friends and longtime collaborators before their relationship turned romantic in late 2023. They went Instagram-official that December, and one year later, in December 2024, Blanco proposed. Gomez announced the happy news with an Instagram post showing off her marquise diamond engagement ring. In the caption, she wrote, “forever begins now..”
A couple months into their life post-engagement, the couple released an album, I Said I Love You First, together. And in an Instagram Story, Blanco explained that hit track “Sunset Blvd” was inspired by where they had their first date in Los Angeles.
“I feel like this exact moment will be etched into my memory forever … we were playing ‘we are not really strangers’ and the card we pulled said ‘take a selfie together’ then u layed [syc] your head on my chest… after we took the photo i looked at u and could feel ur heart pounding so hard that i had no other choice but to lean in and kiss u… and i can tell u for sure that that was the best decision i have ever made in my life… i love you,” he wrote over a black-and-white photo of them cuddling—the first selfie they ever took.
