Dylan Efron might have stolen hearts on The Traitors season 3 earlier this year, but it’s safe to say he’s stealing hearts yet again on Dancing With the Stars season 34.
For those who have yet to tune in, Efron is currently fighting for the coveted Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy on DWTS — alongside his professional dance partner, Daniella Karagach — surviving the first elimination of the season so far.

In week one, Dylan and Daniella performed a Cha Cha to Kelis’ “Milkshake” for his DWTS debut, earning a score of 10 out of 20. To follow, the DWTS duo performed a Samba to Los del Río’s “Macarena (Bayside Boys Remix)” for One-Hit Wonders Night, earning a score of 20 out of 30.

While there has been quite a bit of chatter surrounding his spicy dance moves, conversations have also sparked surrounding Efron’s oh-so sexy physique, which Entertainment Tonight deemed a “25-pack.”
Chatting with the media outlet after One-Hit Wonders Night, Efron shared how he has been reacting to his overwhelming amount of thirst comments, as well as how he maintains such a strong figure amid his DWTS journey. Keep scrolling to see for yourself.
In a TikTok video shared by Entertainment Tonight — captioned “Dylan Efron sees your thirst comments on his TikToks and promises more 25-pack abs. 🔥” — Efron gushed, “Honestly, my fans on social media — they’re the best. It makes me want to post more, because they’re always so kind to me. I’m like tingling thinking about it. Honestly.”
To follow, the reporter asked, “How do we get that 25 pack?” to which Efron swiftly replied, “You sign up for the show!”
He continued with a chuckle, “I’m losing weight left and right. It’s hard to eat enough. I used to do Iron Mans back in the day, and it feels like that. It’s like, we’re dancing on sore legs every day.”
