Lainey Wilson will host the 59th Annual CMA Awards!
On Sept. 30, the Country Music Association announced the “4x4xU” singer-songwriter is coming back to the organization’s annual awards show as this year’s sole host — after she shared the duty with Luke Bryan and Peyton Manning in 2024.
“I grew up watching the CMA Awards like it was the Super Bowl, so to be hosting for a second year is a true honor,” said Wilson, 33, in a statement.
The Grammy winner added, “I’m humbled that CMA has trusted me with this role, and I can’t wait to love on this genre that has given me so much.”
Wilson’s latest album, Whirlwind, came out last year. She’s currently in the midst of her Whirlwind World Tour, which continues its North American leg through November.
