New footage has been released of Morgan Wallen’s arrest from April 2024 after he tossed a chair off of a Nashville bar — and the country singer can be seen making a phone call to a friend to help with the situation.
“These motherf**kers are trying to take me to jail outside of your f**king bar,” Wallen, 32, slurred into a cell phone in a video shared by the Daily Mail on Wednesday, October 1.
Later on in the clip, it showed the “Thought You Should Know” singer being placed into the back of a police cruiser as he told someone out of the view of the camera: “I ain’t done nothin’ wrong.”
Wallen was later charged with three felonies shortly after his April 7, 2024, arrest, and he addressed the incident on X.

“I didn’t feel right publicly checking in until I made amends with some folks. I’ve touched base with Nashville law enforcement, my family, and the good people at Chief’s,” Wallen wrote on April 19, 2024. “I’m not proud of my behavior, and I accept responsibility.”
“I have the utmost respect for the officers working every day to keep us all safe,” he added in a separate message. “Regarding my tour, there will be no change. -MW”
The three felony charges were eventually dropped to two misdemeanor counts of reckless endangerment, and Wallen pleaded guilty in December 2024. He was sentenced to seven days in a DUI education center, plus two years of supervised probation.
