This season of gore-connoisseur Ryan Murphy’s Monster series features serial killer and body snatcher Ed Gein (Charlie Hunnam), a Wisconsin man who becomes increasingly unhinged after his mother dies. (Gein was the inspiration for Norman Bates in Psycho.)

When police suspect he’s murdered a local woman — who resembled mommy dearest — they investigate and discover a box with nine vulvas, a belt made of nipples and other horrors, “souvenirs” of bodies Gein dug up at local graveyards. Sick but fascinating. Don’t be surprised if you end up bingeing the whole series.
