Gene Deal issued a scathing, no-holds-barred response to Diddy’s sentencing, making abundantly clear that he feels no sympathy or regret for his former boss.

In a new conversation with The Art of Dialogue, Deal reacted to the courtroom sketches showing Diddy in tears after being sentenced to 50 months in federal prison. According to Deal, he has no room to feel sorry for the mogul.

“My heart goes out and it says, ‘ f**k him and feed him beans,'” said Deal. “I can care less about his sadness. I can care less about him being in pain. I can care less about what he has to be faced with in court or in in jail. Now I don’t have no remorseful feelings for him, bro. You understand.”

He added, “This is somebody that, at one time, I would have given my own life for. And to know this n***a was trying to get people to take my life because I was trying to teach him to be right by people and tell them to be right by people. I have no remorse for this dude, bro. To see him like that, I know there is a God. And you could feel all the way you want to feel about me, you can say whatever you want to say about me. But karma is a mother.”

Deal further leaned into divine justice saying “God is good” and that there’s no sympathy for someone who allegedly tried to take his life and jeopardize his family.

“Was he thinking about when he was telling people to get at ‘Big Gene’ […] was he thinking about what if them dudes would have did that? Would he have been thinking about me? Nah, bro. Would he broke down and start crying for me? Nah, bro,” said Deal. “I don’t have no sympathy for him. To see him like that, I know God is good. And God showed him he can make you, he can break you.”

He continued, “Did he have sympathy when he said, ‘I don’t give a f**k if [2 Pac] got to die. I don’t give a f**k if [The Notorious B.I.G got to die. Suge Knight can go to jail.”

Last week Judge Arun Subramanian sentenced Diddy to 50 months in federal prison after a jury convicted him on two counts of transporting individuals across state lines for sexual acts (prostitution-related) while acquitting him of the more serious charges of racketeering and sex trafficking. The judge also ordered him to pay a $500,000 fine and imposed five years of supervised release following incarceration.

Prosecutors had sought a sentence exceeding 11 years, while the defense argued for just 14 months, citing time already served. During the hearing, Diddy became emotional as his children pleaded for leniency, and he described his own feelings of shame and loss.

He also apologized in court, saying he had been “stripped down to nothing” and that he “lost my self-respect.” After the sentencing, he mouthed “I’m sorry” to family members.
