Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo have sold their Montecito estate for $60 million, reports TMZ. The couple originally listed the California property for $65 million in July, marking the end of their tenure at one of the area’s most prestigious addresses. The Maroon 5 frontman and his supermodel wife, who bought the home in 2022 for $52 million, are selling not out of necessity but opportunity—they’ve found another residence closer to their children’s school, according to a representative for Riskin Partners Estate Group, one of the listing brokerages.

Located at 700 Picacho Lane on 3.41 acres, the property is set down a long private drive on one of the area’s most coveted streets, with 360-degree mountain and ocean views, offering complete privacy. The flat acreage unfolds into what the listing describes as a “sprawling entertaining lawn seamlessly connected to the main residence.”
The main residence spans 11,525 square feet with six bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, and three powder rooms. Originally built by Clements Design for actor Rob Lowe, the home features a custom chef’s kitchen complemented by a separate catering kitchen for large-scale entertaining.
