T-Pain is bringing Wiscansin to a digital screen near you. On Thursday (Oct. 9) the musician announced the brand new animated series, named for the fantasy location he invented in 2008, in partnership with Viral Nation and Wind Sun Sky Entertainment (WSS).
As detailed in a press statement, Wiscansin is inspired by the characters and life in his beloved fictional universe of the same name, as he continues to expand his creative profile in the entertainment industry. The digital series is the first project under Viral Nation’s expanded collaboration with WSS, highlighting the growing fusion of traditional Hollywood with creator-led entertainment and pushing these boundaries.
The full Wiscansin brand also includes merch sales, and T-Pain’s annual Wiscansin Fest music festival in Milwaukee.

Fans eager to tune into the Wiscansin world can excpect the first episodes in about “nine-to-twelve months,” explained Catherine Winder, CEO of Wind Sun Sky Entertainment to Deadline.
“This is T-Pain’s idea, it’s his authentic voice, and we want that woven into everything that we do. We’re working with him to figure out exactly where to go with the storytelling. He’s got strong opinions and he should have because he knows his fans and he knows his characters.”
