Nicole Kidman has filed for divorce from Keith Urban following reports they had been “living apart for months.”
The pair had been married for 19 years before the Babygirl actress filed for divorce. Since the split, rumors have circled that Keith has moved on with another woman.
With Nicole and Keith yet to speak out on their split, relationship expert Louella Alderson has spoken to The Express US about some possible reasons behind it. Her comments come after Keith admitted he “misses” his family whenever he goes on tour.
Alderson shared, “Nicole Kidman appears to have focused heavily on her career in the past few years. This could’ve caused her and Keith Urban to have grown apart.
“Her busy filming schedule alongside premieres and fashion events meant her time has been limited. This, combined with Keith’s career as a touring musician, can make it really hard to stay on the same page.”
Alderson’s comments come after a source claimed the couple had been living apart “since the beginning of summer.”
A source told TMZ, “Keith has acquired his own residence in Nashville and has moved out of their family home.” The family home is also located in Nashville.
